The author prescribes a methodology for solving issues with technology, organizational change, and architecture. The book's concept of "data as a product" is compelling, and this particular section is particularly well-done. However, beyond explaining what it is and why we should care, there is barely any more value for interested readers. Some sections are philosophical, and the book gets terse and repetitive, rewording entire paragraphs from previous sections over and over.
