The Trail Tech 5310-00 Kickstand is a well-designed and well-made product that beats the OEM kickstand provided by some motorbikes. It is strong and cheaper than the original equipment. The kickstand comes with clear instructions, an assortment of shims to adjust spacing and small holes on the back to hold additional grease. Once the shims are adjusted correctly, there is no slop in the stand, and the small holes on the back allow for better maintenance. The kickstand tucks out of the way and holds the bike at a good angle, providing confidence in kick-starting the bike while on the stand. However, it is not compatible with all motorbikes, and some customers have complained about the lack of a small spacer that mounts the spring holding arm off the sidestand or an S2 kit.
