It is robust and can be easily filled with food and heavy hunting equipment without being damaged. The real latches ensure that the cooler is secure, and the tie-down slots make it easy to be padlocked to a car or truck, while the padlock hole ensures that bears cannot access the cooler. The seventy quart model holds about 48 cans of beverages and is not too heavy for a large cooler. It can keep ice frozen over days and has never leaked. It has solid handles, but an extra handle for opening the cooler would make it better.
