However, on some vehicles like 2008 Subaru Outback, the design conflicts between the feet and the factory rails mean that installing them may not allow the crossbars to spread wide enough, and the front crossbar to be far enough forward to use the bike racks without the hatch hitting things while it’s up. Additionally, some customers received their product with an incorrect key. However, overall customers are pleased with the Rhino-Rack Vortex SX legs for its excellent quality, easy installation, and compatibility.
