They have a soft texture and are equivalent in size to standard mini marshmallows. The bag weighs 2.2 lbs and has approximately 750-800 mini marshmallows per pound. The full list of ingredients and nutrition information in the second image reveals that they contain food coloring (Blue 1). Although a dehydrated version of these marshmallows is expected to come out in a few weeks time, at present, only the soft version is available.
