The Excalibur 3926TB Food Dehydrator is an efficient machine with double temperature and time settings. It has easy-to-use stainless steel trays and can be used to dehydrate vegetables, fruits and various other food items. However, the interior does not specify what stainless steel it is made of. Its trays can stick post-dehydration, and removing dehydrated food off them might require a bench knife or a hand wipe. The device has a fan in the back, which requires free circulation, and its trays measure around 11.5 by 14 inches. It is heavy and has dimensions of 20.5D x 17.2W x 17H inches, with a shipping weight of approximately 63 pounds. However, it has some downsides, including a poorly designed shelving bracket, which makes the device unserviceable. Several reviewers complain about the shelves falling off the shelf supports.
