A common thread among various reviews is the lament over the packaging; numerous customers reported that upon arrival, the cookies were crumbled and broken, transforming them from a desirable snack into a disappointing mess. While the cookies shine in taste, their delicate nature renders them unsuitable for delivery, prompting many to suggest purchasing them directly from local stores, such as World Market, to avoid the risk of damage.
