Delivery time depends on the buyer's location, but the manufacturer usually engraves and ships orders within 1-3 business days. Unfortunately, the band only supports English letters. Reviews are mixed. Some are very satisfied with the product's quality and the seller's shipping time, while others complain about premature fading of the engravings or the bracelet's flimsiness. There is a particularly disappointing lack of Consistency in terms of inscription quality across family members' wristbands – one wearer found that written text quickly became illegible after repeated use. There are some unexpected Quality Control issues – the fact that the "Made in China" logo is also embossed on the bracelet in addition to the company website. The product does not allow for refunds.
