Assault Racing Products Editorial Review
**** Customers have generally had a mixed experience with this product, highlighting both the positive craftsmanship and issues with compatibility and performance. Many users praised the product for its excellent finish and smooth operation, particularly when used with aftermarket aluminum heads. Several customers noted that once the oil system was primed, the initially gritty roller bearings smoothed out, enhancing the overall functionality during operation. Alignment was also a common highlight, with users indicating that the components fit well within the specified setups. However, there have been significant concerns raised regarding the product's performance under high-stress conditions. A particular review noted that while the product is marketed as “Extreme race series,” it failed to withstand solid lifter heavy valve springs. This has led to dissatisfaction for those seeking high-performance applications, especially when user expectations do not match the product's capabilities. Additionally, some customers expressed disappointment with the lack of customer service support when issues arose. Overall, while the craftsmanship and initial performance received praise, compatibility and performance limitations have unfortunately marred the experience for some users, leading to confusion about the product's intended use. **
