Some users have reported occasional display blackout, but it turns on again by itself. The device is built like a tank and has a professional and well-designed look. It is a great addition for musicians and producers working from home. However, there have been some issues reported with cosmetic damage and receiving the wrong model. Please note that some faders may not work properly and calibration may be required. Overall, the Mackie Control Universal Pro is highly recommended for its reliability and usability.
