產品敘述
Eisco Labs 13" Eddy Current Demonstration
About This Item
Introducing the Eisco Labs 13 Eddy Current Demonstration: a heavy-duty copper tube that brings Lenz's law to life! This demonstration set includes two masses - one steel and one neodymium magnet - that drop down a 33cm copper tube. When students witness the neodymium magnet falling more slowly than the steel mass, it sets the stage for an intriguing exploration of electrical eddy currents. These currents work against the downward motion of the magnet through the moving magnetic field created by the falling magnet. It's a captivating display of electromagnetic forces in action! With the Eisco Labs 13 Eddy Current Demonstration, you can effortlessly introduce your students to the principles of eddy currents and their opposition to magnetic fields.
This hands-on experience will deepen their understanding of concepts like eddy current induction, conductivity, resistance, power, voltage, and even electromagnetism. Not only does this demonstration set serve as a valuable educational tool, but its robust construction ensures durability and longevity. It's built to withstand the rigors of repeated experiments, making it a reliable choice for educators and science enthusiasts alike. Enhance your curriculum and engage your students with the Eisco Labs 13 Eddy Current Demonstration. Unlock the world of electromagnetic phenomena and equip your learners with the knowledge they need to excel in the field of physics.
Order yours today and ignite curiosity in the fascinating realm of eddy currents.
