DVD Editorial Review
Enter the Void is a trippy spiritual movie with a psychedelic plot that doesn't really have a logical conclusion. The movie is a combination of theatrical genius and performance. However, the best, most interesting, and exciting part of the movie takes place in the first 15-20 minutes, and needless to say, the remaining 2 and half hours of the film tends to drag a bit. The movie would have made an excellent five star stand alone short film. Alternatively, if the director wanted to make a full length feature, he could have made the whole film more like the very beginning of this one, and less like the rest of it. This new film should almost certainly take place in the Amazon jungle. If you know what I mean.
