Entertainment & Games Editorial Review

**Editorial Review** The *Coding Games in Scratch* book has received a generally positive reception from a diverse audience, ranging from parents purchasing for their children to adults exploring coding for themselves. This engaging resource seems to capture the imagination of its readers, enabling youthful creativity and laying a solid foundation for programming skills through the popular Scratch platform. Parents have noted that the book is particularly beneficial in channeling their children's interest in video games. It encourages a deeper understanding of coding concepts rather than just surface-level programming skills. Many reviewers emphasize that the book breaks down the processes into easily digestible steps, accompanied by vibrant graphics that enhance the learning experience. For example, one parent highlighted how their child managed to create their first game, attributing this accomplishment to the clear instructions provided in the book. Interestingly, despite its target audience being children, many adult learners shared their joy in using the book. They found the projects enjoyable and the content well-explained, making it suitable for all ages. The positive feedback points toward an effective balance of educational content and engaging activities, which adds to its value as a learning tool. However, there was a notable critique from a customer who expressed disappointment with the book, mentioning it as being an incremental update rather than offering new content. This suggests that while there is much to love about *Coding Games in Scratch*, the expectations of returning customers may not always be met. Overall, *Coding Games in Scratch* appears to be a valuable resource for budding coders, motivating both young learners and adults alike to dive into the world of programming through fun and interactive game creation. **

“Excellent experience with Ubuy Hong Kong. I ordered the Google Fitbit Air (Screenless Tracker) and it arrived quicker than expected. The packaging was secure, and the device is 100% authentic and brand new. It’s a fantastic little device for tracking health metrics without the distraction of a screen. The battery life is great, and it’s very comfortable to wear 24/7. Ubuy made the international ordering process easy. 5 stars for reliability and speed!”
