- Sharp Adjust by DMT allows you to sharpen at 6 different angles but makes it easy! With simplistic icons on the side of the sharpener, just select the icon that matches the cutting implement you need to sharpen, turn the dial and the sharpener will adjust to the proper angle for perfect sharpening. The 6 angles or stages (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 degrees) allow you to sharpen anything from hobby knives to kitchen cleavers. The suction base will easily attach to a clean, flat surface for safe, one-handed sharpening. Simply twist to lock and twist/lift the pull tab to release. Select and sharpen with Sharp Adjust.
