Logic & Language Editorial Review
**Editorial Review** "Logic: A Complete Introduction: Teach Yourself" has garnered a positive reception among readers, especially those new to the subject of logic. Many reviews highlight the book’s clarity and the author’s effective teaching style, with several readers expressing their appreciation for how complex concepts are made accessible. The author is also noted for being responsive to readers’ questions, further enhancing the learning experience. The book offers a comprehensive approach to logic by introducing three systems: categorical, propositional, and predicate logic. As readers delve into the material, they find that the author builds on each topic gradually, allowing for a thoughtful exploration of how these systems function and their limitations. Some reviewers particularly emphasize the importance of engaging with the examples and exercises presented in the book, noting that they significantly enhance understanding. However, there are some critiques concerning certain sections that lack clear explanations, which led a few readers to seek supplementary resources. Additionally, while readers commend the wealth of information provided, some wished for more exercises, particularly in the final chapters, to further practice what they learned. A few typos were mentioned, but these were seen as minor and even helpful in reinforcing comprehension of the material. Overall, "Logic: A Complete Introduction" is seen as a valuable resource for those embarking on the study of logic or looking to enhance their critical thinking skills, with many readers hopeful for future works from the author. **
