General Tools Screwdriver Sets 700G Editorial Review
The General Tools 700 Five-Piece Precision Screwdriver Set has garnered a mixed reception from customers, reflecting a blend of positive experiences and notable concerns. Many users appreciate the versatility and quality of the screwdrivers, citing their longevity and robust Construction. Some reviewers have owned their sets for over a decade, underscoring their durability, with the tempered chrome vanadium tool steel shanks and bead blasted tips praised for prevent wear and ensuring Consistent performance. The three longer shank screwdrivers (two Philips and one flat) are particularly noted for their usefulness in hard-to-reach areas, making them ideal for intricate tasks such as electronics repairs and model building. Additionally, users appreciate the thoughtful design elements, like the spinning top cap for improved control and the deep fluting for better grip. Many have found the screwdrivers suitable for a varied range of applications, including household repairs and IT tasks. However, dissatisfaction primarily revolves around issues of product representation. Some users were disappointed to find the newly purchased sets were manufactured in China, contrary to previous versions they owned, which were made in the USA. This discrepancy led to feelings of mistrust regarding product descriptions, sparking frustration about the perceived bait-and-switch tactics. Additionally, the #000 Philips tip has been criticized for its inability to fit specific screws, causing problems in delicate applications. Overall, while the General Tools 700 Screwdriver Set excels in quality and versatility for everyday use, concerns about product Consistency and description accuracy persist. **

“Excellent experience with Ubuy Hong Kong. I ordered the Google Fitbit Air (Screenless Tracker) and it arrived quicker than expected. The packaging was secure, and the device is 100% authentic and brand new. It’s a fantastic little device for tracking health metrics without the distraction of a screen. The battery life is great, and it’s very comfortable to wear 24/7. Ubuy made the international ordering process easy. 5 stars for reliability and speed!”
