Ballet Editorial Review
The Barbie in the Nutcracker DVD has received mixed reviews from customers. Some have expressed delight in the music and footage, with a particular mention of the iconic Tchaikovsky music and the practice scenery of the New York City Ballet. The DVD has also been described as a childhood favorite, with one reviewer reminiscing about their obsession with Barbie and the Nutcracker. On the other hand, there are complaints about its compatibility, as it could not be played on a Blu-ray player outside the U.S. This issue led to frustration for some customers, who had to resort to alternate viewing methods. The mix of positive and negative feedback reveals that while the DVD holds sentimental value for some, others find it lacking in certain aspects.
