DGT Chess 229778 Editorial Review
The DGT 2500 chess/game timer has garnered a robust reception among customers, hailed for its superior quality and thoughtful design modifications. Users appreciate that the timer has successfully addressed common concerns found in previous models, making it an ideal choice for tournament play with its classification as an official FIDE chess clock. Customers have highlighted the intuitive adjustments that can be made by tournament directors, allowing for smooth operation during matches. The timer's ability to show seconds continuously is a notable feature that resonates well with competitive players. The screen contrast has been applauded, with many stating that it's an improvement over older generations. Although the bright red color may come off as a bit bold, it is preferred by many over more traditional finishes like faux wood. Suggestions have been made for a charcoal grey option or shell upgrades, but these preferences do not detract from the overall satisfaction with the product. The DGT 2500 is particularly recommended for players involved in tournaments, with some suggesting that it will serve well for a decade or more. However, it's worth noting that a comparable model, the DGT 3000, may be preferable for those needing connectivity to chess tracking software, despite it being perceived as slightly outdated. In summary, the DGT 2500 is embraced by users for its quality, functionality, and reliability in competitive settings, even if certain elements, like the button feel, can vary slightly. **

“Excellent experience with Ubuy Hong Kong. I ordered the Google Fitbit Air (Screenless Tracker) and it arrived quicker than expected. The packaging was secure, and the device is 100% authentic and brand new. It’s a fantastic little device for tracking health metrics without the distraction of a screen. The battery life is great, and it’s very comfortable to wear 24/7. Ubuy made the international ordering process easy. 5 stars for reliability and speed!”
