回答: Diagonally above the eyelashes there’s little circular buttons inside the cloud you should be able to feel and push to turn on either side. Right side is lights and left side is various sounds. -

回答: No idea on decibel but it isn't loud at all. When it's in the pram with the baby and I'm out of the house I can't even hear it. -

Can you take out the electrics inside and machine wash the cloud?
回答: No, you can't. It is supposed to just be wipe clean. -

Where is the control module in the back for the volume?
回答: It’s inside the Snuz cover on the back. There should be an on and off switch on one side of the battery pack and then the volume switch goes between loud and quiet in the other side. -

回答: As far as I know, it doesn't have a name. It's a soothing, gentle piece of music which is played on soft, tinkly sounding instruments, a bit like a mellow musical box. The tune plays on a loop. -

回答: Just for twenty minutes. No option for loop/repeat. You have to manually click the button again.
