BREAKING LIMITS Crossfit Grips are designed for both men and women who partake in exercise and fitness activities. Made of durable carbon fiber, these grips feature a non-slip design that protects your hands from blisters and sores during high-intensity training. Some users found them rigid and poorly fitting, despite following sizing recommendations, which may lead to discomfort during workouts. However, the grips suit various weight training routines at the gym. It's suggested that potential buyers assess their hand size carefully to avoid sizing issues, ensuring a better fit and enhanced performance during workouts.
